A cavity will not heal itself and left too long may weaken the tooth and may lead to extraction. Until you can see a dentist, use a flouride mouth rinse and brush twice day.

You could brush your teeth a lot for the cavity not to grow worse, but that doesn't mean that it's gonna get better. There's nothing you can really do to HEAL the cavity; besides going to the dentist. You should see a dentist as soon as possible because leaving it would make it worse, which means more money and even worse... MORE PAIN! Good Luck!

A cavity will never go away. You need to go to a dentist to treat it.

My only thought would be to stay away from anything w/ a lot of sugar in it and remember to brush each time after you eat! Good luck!

mouthwash with flouride will inhibit growth of the cavity, but it will not make it go away.
