I don't think people can control talking in their sleep. My ex and one of my sons do it all the time and they don't remember a thing. Just like sleepwalking. And if you have a dream like that, it's because it's on your mind and your subconscious is working overtime. Stop worrying unless he gives you reason to suspect.

if this dream is on the friday night, then its true... Omg dont worry its only dreams, but sometimes they come true, or mean something... I was waiting for an email from my crush... He wasnt answering me for a week and more.. And i was waiting... And one night a had a dream and the point in the dream was the message that came from nowhere... And when i woke up i checked my mailbox and there was the email from him! It was weird.. But some1 said that every dream mean something... Im not sure about u, but just n case check out ur bf.. lol Good luck :):)
