If its parked or on the ground, probably. If its in the air, nope. Even if its a light weight plane, it will be travelling about 100 MPH, if its a bigger plane, it will go about 400+ MPH. Now, even if you could hold on, you would freeze because the air is much colder the higher you go. Even if you wore artic gear, then you would have to contend with breathing. The air is much thinner up there, so you wouldn't be able to breathe. Now, if you wore something like a scuba suit or a space suit, then maybe, but you would still have to contend with the holding onto the wing. I assume its without any ropes or anything helping you, but you probably wouldn't be able to grab ahold of the wing to hold on, and even if you did, your grip wouldn't be strong enough to hold for very long, if at all.

No, not without help.
The fliers you see on the wings of a plane in the movies use a safety cable that clicks onto an eye on the wing or the plane itself.
The little planes go already much faster than a car gets as top speed. The big planes go much faster again.

The question may be too vague. I have seen people walk on the wing of a plane in flight and even switch onto another. That of course was not a fighter jet but a crop duster.

Yes, it is possible... but not really tried... at high altitude, you would be knocked out by the cold in a matter of seconds... at low altitude, the wind alone may knock you off the wing... it would take an enormous amount of strength to hang on without any assistance...

It is possible, but highly unlikely due to the high forces pulling you down.
