I dont know how to use the 5 lense camera for photography anyone know?

Are you talking about a 5 lens, 3D lenticular camera? If so, it would be helpful to know the manufacturer.
You might try Googling the manufacturer, or seeing if there are any user groups.
Failing that, my guess would be that you camera probably works liken any standard 35mm as far as exposure goes, it's just that you will be exposing 5 frames each time you shoot instead of one. If you don't have a built in light meter, you will need to get a handheld one so you have some idea what f/ stop/shutter speed combination to use. But once you have that information, you should be able to take a picture by pressing the shutter release.
You may run into difficulty getting your film developed, but again, Google 3D processing as a starting point.

Your question/problem is unclear. Do you have 5 lenses for your camera or is it a camera with 5 lenses? Is it an old movie camera? Can you take a photo of it and post a link to it?

it is effortless. simply cross to google and kind in that piece of the tune you realize. it is going to deliver you a few songs and also you simply seem for it. srry, i do not know that tune, however i google it while i cannot uncover it. well good fortune. =D
