for breakfast i have
3 cereal straws/sometimes with milk but usually for just on the way to school

for lunch i have
a little salad
100 cal. brownie bites
and a pudding

and everynight, and i mean every NIGHT
lol for dinner i have another salad (with a diet coke) but it's normally big from like mcdonalds, wendys, burger king, kfc..etc

i have nothing else throughout the day except water!
i have gym so we do a lot of excercises and run laps..

will i lose weight??

this is a horrible, dangerous diet! You are NOT getting your necessary nutrients. I think cereal straws are zero contributors any nutrients. You need to focus on your health, not loosing weight. If you eat a healthy diet and exercise you will loose weight in the process. You almost sound anorexic.

Any weight you do loose, you will gain back and more when you start eating again.

At minimum start your day off with a full course, healthy diet of whole grains such as oatmeal, with milk and fresh fruit. Or you could have whole wheat toast, an egg and fresh fruit.

The little salad for lunch is doing nothing for you and the brownies and pudding are a waste. Rather, I suggest that you eat a large salad with a little oil and vineagar, lean chicken, whole grains, fresh vegetables and fresh fruit.

You can have non-fat yogurt and a banana for a snack and then eat a normal dinner.

You may lose some weight yes.. Depending on how your metabolism reacts.
But you still have a lot of simple carbohydrates in that diet.. If you replace these with some good quality lean protein sources and decrease the amount eaten in each meal while increasing the number of meals eaten in a day, you'll see a lot better results. You sound young though, so I would just probably kick the sweet and replace them with good fruits and vegatables. Good Luck!

possibly, depending on how many calories that adds up to and how many calories you need to take in to lose weight. it's not a well balanced diet, though. it's not really healthy. use this site to figure out better foods to eat. the water and exercise are good.

The main thing is to eat healthy and exercise, Dont drink diet soda because it will not help. Its just as bad for like reg soda!! drink Vitamin water, Water, Juice, with no more than 70 cals or less. Eat healthy never skip a meal and exercise.

Yea you should. You should also have some healthy snacks in between meals. You have to make sure they are really small and healthy. Like 1 hand ful of nuts or carrot sticks or something like that. It will speed up your metabolism. Also if you use milk for anything make it fat free or if you really can't stand that then use 2% milk.
