I keep noticing girls my age (14/15) staring at me when I'm further away. And I dress normal, don't have any acne, or anything like that. I'm talking about girls I've never even talked to too. Like at random stores and places. Are girls just like that or what?

Yup. They like you and/or are curious. Same thing happens to me all the time, haha! Next time you catch a nice girl staring at you, go strike a conversation with her if you're feeling confident enough! Good luck.
