Yes, especially the roasted and salted ones. Love them! Pistachio ice cream is yummy too.

Yeah, but about 30+ years they were even better because they came from the middle east (Iran) before the revolution there. They were smaller than the big, fat California types you find these days, but they had a much more intense flavor.

I LOVE pistachios, and normally buy them from Sams Club in a 4# bag w/shells, it makes them that much more enjoyable once you get them open. (good things come to those who wait)
