I just want to know if that is what the case is. If so, then those are the girls I know not to waste my time with. This happened to me once today and once yesterday (my other 3 or 4 (I didn't really count) 'try to talk to a new girl' attempts were successful). I feel like if someone's trying to talk to you then you could wait a couple minutes to get on the phone for an everyday conversation. I know that's her choice, but that's just my opinion and that's why if that's what the case is, then I comply because I'm not wasting time and I'm not fixing to get into any trouble.

Don't be sorry, that's my point. I look at it like it's no big deal, because there's other girls in the world than those two. To elaborate on what I said, I learned the names of and got 2 myspaces from other girls I tried to talk to.

Texting... now that's sort of a different case, because you can still pay attention to who you're talking to. Answering a call is different as well. I'm talking about purposely making a call or pretending to talk to someone on the phone.

I'm sorry, but I would take this as a hint that she is uninterested in pursuing her conversation with you.

If the girls were texting, I wouldn't get too worked up over it. I personally think it's rude if people text when you're trying to talk to them, but most people (texting addicts) don't think of it that way.
If they answered a call, then that's a different story, they are probably trying to find an excuse not to talk to you. You seem to have the right idea though, don't waste your time, there are other girls out there! :)
Edit:
If they are making a call, then yes, they don't want to talk to you, sorry! Girl's can be real jerks, but I'm glad you realize we're not all that way!

If she was interested in you she wouldn't get on the phone and start talking not unless it was important phone call and if it was she would atleast let you know so you would understand the situation. That's just my opinion.

Yes, it means she isn't interested. It may also mean that she may not be on the phone at all but pretending.
