Yes. You mix one part oxygen to two parts Hydrogen. Hence H2O ;)

You're kidding, right? About the only way you can get water that isn't already readily available would be to collect the dew from the grass or catch the rain drops. Maybe you meant to ask if there's a way to purify your own water rather that buying bottled water? (which is what you should have asked if that's what you meant.) If that's the case, then either buy a Brita filter for your faucet, or purchase a Brita pitcher and the filters to go with it. Check Amazon.com if you want to find a pitcher. Or go to you nearest place like Bed Bath & Beyond, or other store of that type that supplies pitchers and other homegoods.

Take a container, put in green foliage and some contaminated water, i.e. salt water. Put in a cup/ container of some sort, your going to catch the clean water in this. Cover with plastic, put some weight like a small rock above your catch cup on the plastic and set out in the sun. Natural condensation will build up on the inside of the plastic and run down to your rock and drip into your catch cup. Wait until you have collected enough and enjoy the warm, but fresh water.

Sure...on a sunny day, take a pan and place a small mug or cup in the middle of the pan. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place a rock, or some other object that will slightly weigh the plastic wrap down, directly over the cup. Set in the sun. Condensation will occur on the inside of the plastic wrap and will drip into the mug you've placed in the center of the pan. Voila...home made water!

Yes
but why
as the night temperature drops the soil gives off heat
along with that ,,,is moisture,,, a plastic tent will collect and condensate the water,,, you need to collect the drops...
Or just collect rain water.

You can't make water at home.
I suppose you could put a bucket out to catch rainwater and purify it using a Brita filter, but you are surely to get some stormwater contaminants so I wouldn't recommend it unless absolutely necessary to your survival.

You need some Hydrogen, and just put a match to it. It combine with oxygen to produce H2O. Or you could turn the tap on!

Oooh, I'd stay away from that stuff. It's just chock full of chemicals like Oxygen Dihydride (and a filter won't get rid of that one).
