Is there any nutritional value in celery and iceberg lettuce? They seem to mostly consist of water.

You got a star..!!
celery is wonderful in a clam chowder soup.
cream of celery Is delicious.
it is always is in my spaghetti.
The Iceburg Lettuce in chunky 1/4's is my favorite with any dressing.
THEY taste so good why would "I" even stress myself to it's nutrutional value.
MY body will extract EXACTLY what it needs and I have a delicious meal.

The best nutrition factor of celery and iceberg lettuce is the fiber. (Honestly I just don't use Iceberg. It has no taste and no real nutritional value)

High in vitamin and minerals low in calories unless you use a heavy dressing.

Try mine. half cup balsamic vinegar quarter tsp splenda half tsp goya adobo or garlic salt 2 tablespoons x virgin olive oil
One quarter tsp:
Dry Basil Oregano Parsley Pepper Red Pepper flakes (pinch) Put in bottle and shake before using on plain lettuce, or add a few other vegs

no not really,try this take your celery and lettuce and place it in paper towels and press firmly and some of the water should come out okay,try that it works here at my house.

They are low calorie and for people that don't drink a lot of water these veggies are a good source for their bodies to get needed water to make their bodies function properly.

Letuce dosn't desolve in stomach, and celery is only good in rue? with onions, and garlic.
