is it wrong for a girl to pick you up from your house and drive you to the movie theatres for a date?

I don't see why not. Generally, one has the picture of the BOY picking the GIRL up. But that's only because girls date older boys. This is probably because girls are more mature than boys and like to date up to where men can meet their maturity levels, but there are many girls who date younger men and are happy.
I don't think it's wrong. I don't know how you avoid it. She has a car and you don't. Offer to pay for gas and the movie. Offer to pay a little more money.
There's no book that says right or wrong. Though what she's doing is not tradition, I suppose it's ok to do. Don't know how you avoid it. You guys are too old for a mom or dad to pick you both up and it's silly if she can take a car.
I think she's making a nice gesture.

There is nothing wrong with that, I drive on dates all the time.
Especially since she has her license and you don't. What's the alternative? Having your mom drive the two of you? For a girl who could drive, I guarantee you that would be a deal breaker.

there's nothign wrong with that! that's what happens when you're young and some have their license and some don't!
don't even worry about it, but offer her a $10 or $20 for gas money and offer to pay for the movie!

My sister drove on all her dates when she was in high school Her boyfriend didn't have his license and couldn't afford drovers ed, insurance etc. So she just drove. Not really a big deal.

well, guys don't always have to drive the girl around, anyways I guess shes really nice since she knows you don't have a lisence yet, so she understands that you can't drive her

Well if you don't have your lisence then there is nothing you can really do. If she really likes you, she will understand that and look past it, i don't think there is anything wrong with it. Just make sure you pay for her ticket and buy her some goodies.

If both of you are fine with it, then I don't see a problem. I enjoy driving sometimes... other times, my boyfriend drives. Make sure that it's legal for her to drive you.

I am seeing someone who doesnt have a car and i pick him up all the time. I like it, i feel dominant.
