No, when it runs out, your unemployment that are entitled to receive is complete. You need to find another job at that point.

It depends on how long you have been on unemployment already. If you have no more credit to receive money from then you won't get any more. Your credit amount depends on how long you were at the previous job or jobs & how much income you made. If you have more credit to drawl from you may have to wait a week or so & claim again. My unemployment ran out, I had to wait 2 weeks then reapply. I got approved for another 8 weeks because I still had credit then when that ran out they approved me for another 16 weeks because I was enrolled in school full time. It helped me get through my next 2 yrs of school getting unemployment off & on.

Not usually.

Once your unemployment runs out, in twist that is worthy of Kafka, you are no longer considered unemployed and therefore are not entitled to unemployment compensation.

No, if you have used up all of your benefits from one claim, you have to have covered employment for the required period before you can receive benefits again.

in illinois, around the chgo.-land area you can only get it for 6 mths. there are no extentions. i know because my husband's expires 9/17/07. sorry. if you have a special need maybe you can get it again. i don't know.

You can only draw for a certain period of time. Usually it is 26 weeks.

depends on the reason u have no job, they norm send a letter with your options before your last check.
