My husband needs a complete mouth makeover. Some of his adult teeth never grew in and the partial for those teeth needs to be redone (bottom front two teeth). There are gaps between some teeth, and he needs caps/veneers on his top two front teeth. He definitely needs whitening and cavities filled in as well. Does anyone know an approximate cost for all of this? I know it will vary greatly but I'd just like a very general amount to have in mind. We do not have dental insurance. Thanks.

It might be cheaper to just get a new husband, than repair the old one!

No dental office will quote prices before an exam because each case is different. I work in a dental office. With out insurance I expect treament to be very expensive. Sounds like you have at $5,000 worth of work needed. Don't be imidated....Dentist have lots of treatment options that can fit your budget. Can you get dental insurance? most plans only cost 25-30 dollars per month.

fillings cost between $110 and 300 typically, depending on how large of a filling needs to be placed....as for veneers they run about $250 per tooth....Xrays are abot $15-20 per bitewing (the tiny xrays they do) and a panaramic (full mouth ) runs at around $100+ a cap/crown can run anywhere from $500 up to $1200 ....i would suggest getting any kind of insurance if you can ....for most of these prcedures theyll typically cover 50% for the major work and 80% for the minor ...best thing to do is call a local dentist and ask the cost of their procedures.....itll slightly vary per dentist but they usually care within a range of one another...Good Luck!!!
