Girl i feel your pain! It is so hard to be on diet especially if you are a junk food person like me. Everyone can tell you what diet to go on and blah blah and what exercise but the truth is..only you know when your ready to say no to that burger...trust me it was hard for me...but for a few weeks i kept reminding myself every 30 seconds of my weight literally so on my lunch break i would work out and after work i would try but if i didnt at least i did at lunch..i had to say no all of the good foods but dont get me wrong i would try some but i defintely stayed away from fast food restaraunts...matter of a fact since i am a picky eater if i was with a friend and went to mcdonalds i would order the fruit parfait with the nuts and the fruit walnut salad...it is yummy and at publix i would pick up like 5 bowls of those fruits they put out fresh everyday and i would eat special k cereal with 1% milk everytime i was hungry and in the end i lost weight...now i admit i have lost some track since i went on vacation but i am trying to get on track now..and i keep telling myself maybe tommorow but once i get it stuck in my head that it is time to lose some of that jelly... i will ignore fast food and wont cook for a good two weeks but once a week wont kill you if you reward yourself that is what i did. sorry i yapped so much but i thought my expereince might help a little for you to want to figure out what you want to do. Go in your closet and try one of your tight cute going out clothes..thats what i did and everytime i tried it on i would get mad because i knew how hot i could have looked in it.

Have something light and incredibly healthy for dinner. What weaned me from fast "food" was learning and remembering what was in the stuff. Actually, it just flat out repulsed me. (This was before "Super Size Me" came out and I read "Fast Food Nation" a year after I went veg. For me, it was the power of the Internet.) I do not consider their "healthy" food healthy, either. McDonald's isn't even worthy of a cup of coffee purchase from me. I had their coffee recently and while it was good, it wasn't the best coffee I had. (My MIL bought it for me, so it wasn't even my money at least.) Eh. I don't think they're hurting for money.

If you are hungry later today only eat something that has very few calories like a salad (with either no dressing or something that has very little calories like vinegarette) or apple or pineapple (which are both "negative calorie" foods). Good luck

Eat something small for dinner (or don't eat anything at all) and just start over tomorrow. Your calories are screwed for today.
