what's the supplement in his book? i can't afford the book right now

Try the library or go to a bookstore, like Barnes and Noble, and read the book without purchasing it. From what I've picked up from his infomercials, it's a bunch of stuff that one can find in other places. I remember he said that somebody lost weight and his health improved after he stopped going through the drive through one or two times a day. Go figure.
