I have a male friend (I'm married) who I like to go to museums and do things with because my husband does not....I asked this guy to go to something else with me and he said "you aren't my girl"...does he like me or is jealous of my husband?

I would say he doesn't like you but you kinda like him. He may think that you are hinting at having an affair and he doesn't want to do that for any number of reasons.

Museum friends is one thing, but "something else" is probably something he feels you should do with your husband.

This relationship sounds like it is on shakey ground to begin with... this will cause problems between you and your husband..

It sounds like you like him as "more" than friends, while he only sees you as a "regular" friend. He doesn't sound jealous to me.
