I was dating this guy, and I had not heard from him in a week or so, and then his birthday came, and I didn't not call him because I was taking it for what it was which was, maybe we were not talking anymore, and he would get around to giving me the memo, but instead on his birthday he called me around 11pm just to talk to me for a couple of hours. There was no talk about sex or hanging out or anything, we just had a normal conversation, and I wished him a happy birthday.
