I know you already believe gays and lesbians are going to hell for all eternity. Since you already believe they are going to hell for eternity, why is there a driving need to make their lives and those of their families, children etc hell on earth right now as well?

I am trying to understand what drives you for example to block a lesbian from pension benefits for her life partner or insurance benefits to take care of her partner's chemo treatment. What motivates you to hinder their ability to legally protect and provide for any children they might have? What makes you fight to ensure a gay man is not considered legal next of kin and cannot visit his partner in hospital?

What satisfaction does it provide you to hinder someone's personal and family well being?

Is this consistent with "Doing unto others as you would have them do unto you?"

Idolators are also going to hell according to your belief. Do you intend to rally against all who do not abide by your religious faith?

I know you will instantly pull out the, "We have to protect children/families" card but most Americans either know or have gay friends and family.

I am yet to understand step by step how the lesbian couple and their two kids down the street from me will damage MY family and ruin MY marriage.

How exactly does that happen?

By the way, I am not directing this question at ALL Christians, only for those who spend time actively campaigning against gay people.

Good question. I think that the way that they do what they are doing, will come back on them. Karma will get them back. Say they don't like gay people and put them down all the time and try to make them inhuman. They will end up with a gay son or a lesbian daughter. This would force them to look at it from another side.

" know you will instantly pull out the, "We have to protect children/families" card but most Americans either know or have gay friends and family."

I woul love to see the statistics to back up their claim thay homosexual parents are any less capable than hetero's.

"I am yet to understand step by step how the lesbian couple and their two kids down the street from me will damage MY family and ruin MY marriage."

With a divorce rate at 50% or slightly higher, they are doing a bang up job all by themselves...........hetero's and kristjans I mean.

If these xians are really campaining against gay people, wouldnt that mean they are 'judging' them? and therefore wouldnt these xians be going to hell as well??

i really dont get the whole religion/gay thing. what about the homosexual xians?? the three gay people i know are also very religious. they tell me "god made them that way."

maybe one day all HUMANS will be treated equally. well, we still have racism and sexism, i guess it's just human nature to want to diss on people that are different than you. sad really.

The Bible has nothing to say about consenting gay relationships, although it does seem to condemn pederasty, same-sex rape and sacred Pagan male temple "prostitution" none of which are features of consenting gay relationships.

You mean, leaving their judgment and "punishment" up to God?

Wow. What a concept. I think I read something about that in the bible.

And EXCELLENT set of questions.
And we STILL haven't had one of these "people" with the stones to answer truthfully to questions like this one. Says a lot about a religion doesn't it?

Some of them are afraid God will treat the US like he did Sodom and Gomorrah, I guess.
