Call your local mental health center (there is one in every county). They have licensed therapist who can help you with almost any topic. They also have a psychiatrist (yes, he or she is a doctor too who specializes in behavior medicine.)
There are many methods of solving your problem(s). Testing for career advice and other tests for depression and other mental problems. The cost is usually based on pay. They accept insurance, medicaid and medicare. I'm sure you can benefit from their services.

Don't rely too much on the internet. It is a good reference tool but your best bet is a professional in the mental health field.

I found sometimes that we already have the answers that we need, inside ourselves.....If your best friend or a loved family member came to you with a need for your advice, what would you tell them? Now, take your own advice.....it works.

Well, you can get plenty of advice here on Y!A. Just remember that they are all peoples opinions and should be taken with a grain of salt.

As they say opinions are like belly buttons, everyone has one....
