If you were desperate and homeless, you could probably live off of slimfast because of the nutrients it gives your body, yeah...but it definitely isn't recommended.

You have to add regular food to the plan. But just eat a little of everything. And don't make your self eat when you don't want to eat! But I would say slimfast is only for in the night when you get hungry and you know you shoudn't eat in the night then you have a shake or bar of slim fast in the night. Or when you eat during the day have a little food and have some fruit with it!

You probably can, but it wouldn't be the healthiest. I would suggest perhaps doing the slim fast diet and eating green vegetables in place of regular meals. The green the vegetable, the healthier it is. Also, steam them or eat them raw, cooking them will make them loose their vitamins. If you still don't want to eat regular food, you should at least take vitamin supplements to make up for what you are loosing. I recommend prenatal pills because they have all the daily vitamins you need; and you DON'T have to be pregnant to use them!

Um NoOoOoO No Slim Fast. Trust me you will not loose weight. I did that two years ago trying to loose all the weight i could. Instead i went up 7lbs. I was sooo fustrated because i was fatter!! you dont want that. I started to exercise and Just eat healthier and lost 4lbs of the wieght o had gained with that stuff. Im also doing that special K cereal my friend use to have the same body as mine only i wear a 9 in jeans and she wore a size 5 only her hips were smaller. She did this for 2 months straight and went down to a size 0 in jeans. when i saw her i was sooo shocked at her weight loss and she is healthy!! she will eat junk food and all but she always works out.
The main idea is to say yes i will loose weight and no matter what is to try!! dont drink soda nor diet soda for that will not work. If i were you i would try drinking Vitamin Water, 50cals, Crystal Light, Water, V8 splash, Juices with low cals. Thats what ive been doing and its been working. And also Eat. Just because its a diet doesnt mean you need to cutt out food. dont do that. Eat snacks but eat smart! like instead of doritos make your own chips with sunflower seeds, dried fruit, penuts. If you want McD's Get a burger or w/e without the fries and get a side salad!! With special k my friend told me for breakfast she ate that cereal with 2% low fat milk (really its with soy milk)( or 1% low fat milk) Eat w/e you want for lunch and then cereal again for dinner. youlll get sick and tierd of it, because she did!! so for dinner she would eat tuna sandwhiches on whole wheat bread celery sticks and carrots.
Just make sure you eat healthy!! and be healthy dont starve because thats not going to get you nowhere.

You could but that would be stupid. Then when you get to the weight you want and have to start eating regular food again, you are going to gain all the weight back & then some. You should just try to maintain a 1300 calorie a day diet and follow the food pyramid.

Girl your going to have to add some food to get filled up. You can't just go on shakes and bars for a diet. Just add what your suppose to add on your plate and don't go back for seconds.

If you want to speed the weight loss I have used only their products but add vegatables/fruit and only for like 4 weeks then add a meal a day for a week then go back to the only slim fast and veggies/fruit. Worked great for me. Good luck.

eating snacks throughout the day will speed up your metabolism. So if you eat 5 small meals a day and excersize a little you should start losing weight.

Try a stuff called Splenda (made from sugar with no calories and not bad for you). It might help you to curb your sweet tooth. Also, higher protein amounts help curb this as well. It did for me, back from diabetes !

it tells you on the can to have one for breakfast by itself and one with a regular meal and so on. why did you not read the directions and just think you could just do what you wanted to do. Get all the info first!
