Let's put "our" heads together and talk amongst ourselves how to address this issue in the spirit of our founding fathers.

There is only 2 parts to the solution,, 1 they can walk right back across the border and apply to come here legally and wait their turn. 2 if we have to round them up and physically deport them they can never come back and if they sneak back in they should be considered enemies/terrorist and made examples of..The Problem!!! Illegals have no respect for the laws,language, culture of this country, but our main problems is in our so called representation in Washington and city's across the nation, they would stop this if they thought it's in THEIR best interest they really don't care about you or this country, these politician's are at the root of all evil, majority of them anyway.

Part of the solution.
I support all legislation and legislators which oppose amnesty for illegal aliens, donate to all groups which oppose amnesty and work diligently toward ending illegal immigration and securing our borders, contact my elected representative and senators on a continuing basis, with phone calls, faxes and emails with information, data, statistics, and evaluations on the job they are doing to protect this nation, end illegal immigration and secure our borders.

For those posters who wrote about "native americans" - I happen to be First Nations, U.S. native American indian, since none of you are (as you refer to my people in the third person), you do not speak for us, in the future do not bring my people into this debate, or any other, when you do not have a clue as to where we stand on this, or any other issue. Speak for your own race or nationality.

We U.S. First Nations - U.S. native American indians do not support illegal immigration, we do not make excuses for, or support the agenda of illegal aliens. We do support the enforcement of our nations laws, including immigration laws.
Mexicans and hispanics are not native, or indigenous to the United States of America.

The US economy, like it or not is dependant on the illegal imigrants. You need to tighten border control, but also help adress the problems in the offending countries so fewer people feel compeled to hop the border.

Once the border becomes secure and the incentives for illegaly migrating fall you need to make your current illegal immigrants, legal! get tax from them and gove them proper rights. Don't forget your country has been using these people for some time.

Next is education! The education of the imigrants and of the general populous. lest you forget how white men became "American Citizens" in the first place. People need to understand the importance of imagration to a country and what would happen if imigration stopped...

The immigration need to have a fuller understanding and respect for the country and and cultures there in and also have adequate use of the language.

Both native and imigrant must be taut to respect each other and to fully understand the situation each is in. Both must be made aware of the polotics and economics involved in immigration and the natives must also be educated in the customs and social traits of the immigrants...

compramize and adaptation must come from both sides.

considering the social displacment of the immmigrant extra care must be taken in giving them an excellent education... lest we forget crime rates are directly linked not to race and nationality, but to education and lack of.

Methods of intergration need to be discussed and effectivly executed to stop immigrants from simply setting up communities of their fellow country men and not intermingling... this also causes white flight in areas... this needs to be stopped.

Immigration has been the force that has made the UK and USA the places they are today, it must continue and we must remember our past, where WE come from and look to where we are going.

ADDED!!!: Most of you talk like illegals are a breed of criminal leaches! Think! they must have a reason to try and make a better life!? What crimes are they commiting and why?!? What would you do in their situation! The problem isn't black and white!?!? It's not YOUR America, you just happened to be born there, we all live on the same planet, you can't just lock the door and play on your playstation for the rest of your life! What happens in the US affects the rest of the world and what happens in the rest of the world effects the US... you can't just close the borders and kick all the criminals out! That's not part of a solution! You haven't thought it through...

I think just about anyone who applies to be a US citizen if they meet the financial, health and race guidelines should have the opportunity to become a citizen of the greatest country on earth.
If someone sneaks in, sucks our resources, breaks our laws, refuses to assimilate, refuse to speak the English language needs to be deported at get back at the end of the line. That is as much as I'm willing to give.

Solution--walls and troops and deportation...in the Spirit of our Founding Fathers I suggest we use militias to patrol the borders...I bet you could get lots of volunteers.

since my ancestors all came from various places in the u.k/europe,starting in the 1840's,i'm sure the native americans would say,i'm part of the problem.if that is the case,so are you.if ur avatar is any indication,i doubt ur relatives were indiginous to this land.incedentally,we forcibly aquired texas from mexico-WE TOOK IT !!!!! maybe its only fair to give it back.
