hey, we are doing a project at my school that we have to solve a problem. we decided to create an inexpensive remote control that uses radio frequency instead of I.r. we need to know how many people have a problem with objects getting in the way of the recievers for standard remote controls. if you could help us out that would be great. even if you could give me a website were i could post a free survey it would help a lot.
thanks, jeremy

Can't give you any #'s, but only those that don't know how to use them is one answer. I "invented" a remote controlled light circuit many years ago using voice to actuate it. I used an RCA transducer (from a radio remote TV control) and a transistor operating as a switch to control my X-mas tree lights. The kids could just say "Hello tree" for example and the tree would light up for a timed period.
