Who has the most to loose from all the immigrants? I mean besides all the extra energy,food,water and tax dollars being wasted on these people. what group of people have the most to loose? If you look at what kind of people are comming, "unskilled menial labor" these are the poorest of the poor people. African Americans make up the greatest amount of disheveled peoples in our country, who are employed at most of these jobs. if all the illegals are able to stay, dont you think that they will take these jobs away. and at a cheaper price? Just your thoughts.

ok first, the number of people who you are refering to are from India, and those people are skilled. they are not flooding in the back door of the country by the millions. but I do opposse the indian computer workers also.

ok first of all black people are not working a lot of those jobs anymore. even though we will never be completely treated as equals in this country some of us have found our back door into a better financial situation.

I would say that white america has the most to lose. they are the ones with the big corperations (Wal mart, K mart, etc.) that get in trouble for hiring illegals. they are also the ones that own all of the farms that they get illigals to run because one of the last jobs you will find a black person doing would be picking cotton or tobacco.

I have seen the change just in the last 10 years. all of the grocery stores and taco bells used to be employeed with young black kids still in highschool (some of them older but not many) and white men. now it has changed to white managers and an almost all hispanic staff. I don't know how many if any are illegal but i do know when they are hired they are hired at the lowest pay rate possible which is still more money than they would see in their country.

I don't think they are taking jobs away from black people but i do think they are hurting everyones education. in my county we have an extra 1000 kids being put into a school system that is already swamped with kids. we don't have enough bus drivers, or teachers, and every year kids are moved from one school to another. the kids that aren't moved are threatened with year round school or modular schedules. instead of worrying about the jobs that may or may not be lost right now we need to worry more about the impact it's going to have on our economy in the future. if our kids can't learn (and i'm not just talking about black kids i'm talking about all kids) then we won't have enough educated people to do the jobs that the illegals AREN'T doing.

Legal immigrants? Mostly skilled workers. Look at companies like microsoft who want unlimited h1b visas so they can save money. They even moved part of their business to Canada to get around the limits here. People on h1b visas make about 30% less than an America doing the same job. Even though h1b visas are meant to fill jobs that there aren't enough Americans to do, most companies just use them as a way to underpay employees. Many people in the electronics field ended up unemployed a few years back. Now we have people like Hillary Clinton who want to increase h1b visas, which would put even more skilled workers out of a job.

Illegal immigrants? It hurts everyone, except cheap companies who need slave labor. I suppose the people with the most to lose would be lower middle class and the working poor.

aside from the monetary losses that everyone is focusing on in their answers here I think we will all lose the spirit on which this country was founded. The very reason that it was created with the blood sweat and tears of our forefathers who sacrificed so much to put down the fundamentals of a nation of many nationalities which is simply the individual right for the pursuit of happiness. The illegals who come here don't appreciate or probably even know our history. All they see is a cookie jar of free money and other freebies. I know some work hard but even those have no allegiance to the U.S. as they send most of their money home. And in a lot of states like CA. the prison population is dominated by mexican nationals. I could go on and on. My point is simply loosing our country to me is more important than money. But the two do tie in together.......

Our children's children has the most to lose if there isn't a halt to illegal aliens now. Our education system is being overwhelmed and schools are having to cut traditional programs to provide ESL and remedial classes to the children of illegals. Some of the programs being cut give American kids an edge when applying to good universities. Our health care system is being abused and suffering due to providing care for the illegals. Over 80 have closed in CA alone due to the financial losses.
If they give amnesty, the illegals will draw upon and destroy the Social Security trust fund which has yet to pay out to the baby boomer generation.
Health and education standards will crash. Our infrastructure will continue to go without upgrades and repairs if we continue to allow an uncontrolled influx of illegal aliens and funds are diverted for their benefit.
Most of these illegal aliens do not qualify for legal entry, for a variety of reasons. That is not our fault, but it is also not an excuse for them to be here. Add in the criminal element.
Our future generations will suffer as the US is slowly turned into a 3rd world nation.

Illegals going to the ER all the time and not paying anything;
taxes goes up, some hospitals close...

Illegals bring little mexico with them;
Areas become crime ridden, fill up jails, etc...

The American Middle and lower classes. The reason why I say the middle class is the fact that their children use those lower jobs as a foot in the door of the working class.
