There are ear phones and there are head phones. Generally, ear phones are the small cheap ones that come with Ipod type things and head phones are used on audiophile stereos.
A good pair of head phones (Bose for example) won't be cheap and you may have to use an adapter to convert the plug to fit your Zune.

. Bose is probably the best for it's price, but 'phones coming out of Germany and maybe Sweded are even better and more expensive, but they might be overkill, ment for professional musicians. They have gold contacts instead of silver. Use carbon-fiber instead of plastic. Use silk instead of cotton, etc.
But since YOU have to pay for and listen to these 'phones, YOU can do the research. Google 'Compare Headphones' and see where that leads you. I bet you can find more than 4 Answers.
