well they can either let you pay and put you on probation or community service or they can put you in jail...and since this is your first offense, they can give you up to three months with half time (thats the most ive seen with first offenders) plus the probation...im not really sure about what judge you will have but i hope he/she is in a good mood. try not to worry about it too much especially if its you first time. GOOD LUCK!

Have you done this kind of thing before? How large an amount? These are things the judge will take into consideration. I am glad to hear you are scared. Maybe you will think about this experience next to you decide to commit a crime.

without the boss's claim the judge will probably let you go with either a warning or some sort of probation.

like work detail or having to see a police counselor once a month. something like that.

I doubt if you will go to jail unless you have any priors on your record.

TUFF DEARY!! You do the crime--you do the time! I have no sympathy for you and your like minded thieving criminal mates. 'Nice enough to let you go' was he? Fekkin sure i wouldn't have done!! Consider yourself now one step on the slippery slope to sh1tesville.

plead not guilty and they will lessen the crime down to more of a misdeminor which you will not go to jail for........never ever plead quilty to a felony............this is considered a felony cuz its over $100 plead down to something lessor...then felony charges.

maybe a month or two and probation or maybe parole w/a felony FOR FUTURE REFERENCE U CAN'T AFFORD IT DON'T TAKE IT. PEOPLE WORK HARD TO GET WHAT THEY WANT AND BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU CLOTHES ARE MORE EXSPENSIVE, THE TAX IS HIGHER AND PEOPLE ARE TURNING TO COMPUTERS BECAUSE OF DISHONEST EMPLOYEES.
