I already know it is sad and depressing so it need not be said again. I do write positively when the mood strikes.

Blackened Cloud

Nothing to do, nothing to say, I seem to do everything wrong,

Growing older year after year my dreams hopeless, there gone,

Missing the company of people, they hate me it would seem,

Bad luck encompasses my entire life, good luck is only a dream,

Nothing to live for, nothing to fight,

No success, No happiness in sight,

Standing shaking under a big blackened cloud,

Rain falls, lightning flashes, the thunder is so loud,

I need a miracle, I need it quick, I need it fast,

I don’t know how much longer I can last,

Dr. Sarcasm
So is your response.
I know I can be much more sarcastic than you. It appears incompetence and stupidity are your best qualities.

I like the poem and it does express your mood vibrantly. I would try a Haiku form of it though, not to shorten it but to give it it's own "life" so to speak. You have phrased it in a way that says exactly what you are feeling and very straight forward.
I like your poetry when you post it. I have found that when I write about my sad or depressed mood I also try to write a poem that contridicts it and sometimes it helps to get you out of the negative and in to the positive.
Blessings and peace

Your poem is wonderful, it really sets the mood. Keep up the great work. Hey, I'm an artist and pet lover, too! I do pet portraits, and other kinds of drawings-whatever strikes my mood at the time. Always nice to talk to a fellow artist. Great poetry!

Um... No offense, I'm not really into this type of poetry... it has its qualities, but it reveals way too much about your current mood.... I would love to see a cheerful poem at some point.

Good work, just not my type of thing...

Regards...

makes me happy I'm not in that place. Don't focus on the bad things though or you're going to get more of it/ I love the Illyria Character...

Life is to short for drama and petty things, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly. Hope you feel better soon. Feona

You don't need a miracle, you need a drink.

Interesting poem though.

Edit : Cheers!
