DUDE!!! suicide is NEVER the answer. Suicide is a permenant solution to a temporary problem...so your life is going downhill...so what??? it will be better later on, and that (those) problems that you are experiencing will eventually be over and you will look back on them later on and say "hey, I was worried about THAT!!??"
trust me, I know from experience.

I also wanted to end mine sometime ago, but didn't do it because it simply would have hurt, (couldn't imagine taking pills...) and yes, exactly the reason was that life stayed at the same place and moved nowhere. The fault is exactly in this.
Humans are very vulnerable and they get influenced greatly by some minor incidents or circumstances, what I mean here is do whatever you love !!! I had two choices at that time: 1. I would end my life 2. I would go to a classical piano concert (ticket of which I bought long time ago) For some reason I ended up going to the concert and I felt new suddenly ! I got pleasure from that, and I felt I was part of the whole universe again. You are part of us all, part of the Universe too ! The thing is to forget all your matatas, that is problems, and just have some fun, do the craziest things ever, but what I promise to you is that EVERY single person in this world is able to get pleasure from something and it's worth it ! :)
You're in a room with a small and nasty dog. That dog is depression. You are trying to catch and beat the dog, while the dog tries to catch and bite you. You cannot manage to catch and kill the dog, for it's too small and fast. Then BOOOM !!!! Suddenly you are not in the room. You disappear and the dog remains alone in the room. There is no one to bite anymore.
Forget about the dog, go to the world of fun !!! See a comedy, buy a puppy.. What am I telling...?You have your own preferences !
Just live for fun, at least when life gets too hard. Every day is a new life.
If you feel like sharing more, you are more than welcome to come and talk with me anytime !
Hugs to you. And good luck !
Chris

I love the way the "Y/A Gang" comes to the aid of people in desperate need so quickly, don't you?! See...there are lots of people out there who don't even know you who care about you and want to help you. That should cheer you up and give you hope. They're right...you don't know about the future...it could hold great things for you. You have to concentrate on taking more control of your life and your thinking. You're in a depression right now and things seem hopeless. I doubt there's anyone on this Y/A section who hasn't been thru that..or are still going thru it. That's why we try to help each other get thru it. Listen to the ones on here who have found help and try to learn from their experiences. There really is medicine that can help pull you out of this. ....till your life changes for the better. You need some help to be able to deal with this time in your life (and NOT street drugs...they are extremely dangerous). You want to feel BETTER...not worse. Ask for some help. Wish you'd said how old you are. If you're a teenager..then this probably has to do with teenage hormones. If you're older..then you probably have a lot more options...you can maybe move or find groups to be a part of or find a new job....so many things you can do to change your life. Just stay on Y/A and you'll find a lot of good answers that might help you. If nothing else...in helping others it will help you. No matter your age...you can always volunteer somewhere and that way you'll meet new people and it can change your life for the better. Good Luck.

Without knowing what's going on, there is no advice that can be given.
Listen, things could be tough right now, but this too will pass and you will look back and laugh. There is no person or situation that deserves your life be taken away.
Your life is a treasure given to you for your care. Don't harm yourself. Your life is going somewhere, but if you end it, you will not get to see it.
You deserve to live, you deserve a second, a third, a fourth chance, whatever it takes. Don't let anything take from you the blessing of a brand new day, where you can get up and look at your life at an entirely different way. That day will come, but you have to hold on. HOLD ON, okay? It will all pass. If you feel better, write again. We're here.

what could possibly be going on that's so bad? your only sixteen! are you possibly stressing your own self out? I'm 27, when i was sixteen i thought i had major problems everything was a huge deal and i "couldn't deal" with things. well all grown up now i realize back then was nothing. I'm not saying your problems aren't hurting you in some way, but have you really thought about what is really going on? is there an underlying problem your not facing? if you"ve gotten help and you truly gave it a real chance then maybe you should seek alternatives. meds, vacation, or possibly checking yourself into a program. ending it is not the answer. not only would it hurt you, but everyone around you. and possibly people you never knew cared for you. theres always something else out there.

life is not suppose to be that hard that you want to end it. Besides, God put you into this world and he is the only one who can take you out. I think everyone has had the same thoughts you are going thru right now, but hang in there. We all have our cross to carry and you are on this world for a purpose. Just hang in there and find the good in life--sometimes it is just right in front of your face. Enjoy the simple things and start from there. A pretty sunset, a hot cup of hot chocolate, a child laughing, a rainbow and how we always imagine the little lepercons dancing on there gold on the end of it, and how about just knowing, dreaming about putting ourselves in the arms of the hot man on the soap opera or movie and just wish for once you be kissing him. Come on, you have to be smiling now??? And also, it doesn't hurt to go to a counselor and talk. Most of the time, your job will help you out and the insurance will cover it. Stay strong!

Calm down. first off, how old r u? If your life isn't going anywhere at the moment that doesn't mean that it is never going to go anywhere. It's possible that you are just in a rut right now and need some time to get out of it. Don't end it because your not having the greatest time at the moment. Things will get better if you stay positive.

you are awful young to be 'not going anywhere'...listen, if you are dissatisyed with yourself for the time being, why not try to go out and help others who truly are not as fortunate as you are? The rest will come easy...be there for others, and don't get wound up in things that you can't see for now...I bet that something is going to change for you in the near future, but how would you know? please, love yourself, and be patient, you have a whole world ahead of you...I know a lady who did maid work for years,...and married a millionare, at 69 years old...go figure.

Don't give into the negative thoughs and the depression. things can and will get better but you have to want them to. hang in there! If you feel like you are loosing control of it and want to do something bad, call a friend, go to a family member and tell them whats' going on and get your mind off of it. Seek counseling and therapy. Life is great, and with time things will get better.
