I have just bought a beautiful pair of lovebirds - they are gorgeous!
However, I am stumped as to what toys to buy them to keep them entertained.
They seem extremely satisfied with destroying the wooden ladder at the moment.
Does anyone know what they really enjoy?

Mine seem to enjoy anything they can destroy. The bigger the mess it makes the better, lol. Mirrors for lovebirds are not usually recommended, some do ok, most others have extreme reactions, I don't bother with giving any of mine a mirror. Toys that are labeled as small parrot or medium bird size should do fine. They are very smart and will enjoy a few of the puzzle type games or hidden treat toys if you can find them to keep their minds active and distract them from getting into things they shouldn't or developing feather plucking problems or other stress related issues.

Mine loved a mirror/bell thing that clipped to the top of the cage.. She also loved the toys that are sold for parrots.. the ones with knots, that have chew toys in them.. Since they are a pair they are less likely to enjoy human company (mine was alone, so stayed out with us most of the time).. but I'm sure if you get creative and try things out you'll find what your birds love..
