this question was motivated by another question that went something like........
"if a shark kills someone god is not responsible--(yet god created the shark.)....and all the religious people answered god had no hand or blame or responsibility--see my point???

Well, your invention has only this goal 'in mind'. Global Destruction. It's not the same as inventing a vacine for HIV.
It wasnt you but your brain is there. You were the one who unleashed the devil. Someone just pulled the trigger. Totally responsible. No doubt!

We're living in the preliminary stages of exactly that. You can thank all the wonderful scientists. And while you're at it, thank them for all the cheap energy that was supposed to come from nuclear fusion plants. Not. It didn't happen.
I suppose the one who pulls the trigger shares the blame, but the designer (inteligent) deserves most. God is not to blame though, and if you think he is, please forgive him, and try to live well...

Yes, although it wouldn't matter - unless you are religious.
If you believe in (a) God(s), then no, it was Devine Will.
If He didn't want you to create it and He didn't want it to go off, it simply wouldn't have happened.
As a Christian you may say that the Devil made you do it.
As a Satanist, you may say that it was Satan's Devine Will.
A Satanist might say it's Satan's Devine Will.
