yesterday at work my co-worker was sick. she was coughing pretty bad. she had over the counter cough medicine. i was wondering if i get sick from her how long would it take for it to start.

Never if you eat right, exercise, wash your hands and drink mostly water. Also wash your nose if your mucus membranes are moist it will keep you healthy also stay away from touching your eyes.
