Absolutely NOT! Any product that is left out for more than 3 hours is in a temperature danger zone. Bacteria has already formed. Just because it still feels cold in the inside the outside is what has grown the bacteria. This is a common mistake people do at Thanksgiving with Turkey. I dont know how many times I have run to the bathroom after a thanksgiving meal. I just thought it was because i ate to much. It wasnt until i went to culinary school that i found out i have been getting food poisioning all this time. There is nothing you can do with the pork but throw it away and suck up the lose. It is better than being in the bathroom or in the hospital.
For now on thaw meats on the bottom shelf of your fridge 2-4 days in advance depending on the size of the meat or run consistant cold water on it until it is thawed.

No. Don't leave meat out for more than 2 hours, even if its frozen or still cold. It's best to thaw it in the refridgerator. If you need it to thaw quickly, put it in a bowl of cool water.

If your sink was cleaned very well before putting the meat in it then you have no worries. Just be sure to cook it well done to be on the safe side

Well I should hope it was wrapped but other then that it should be safe as long as you cook the meat to an internal temp of 170, and there should be no blood or pink left in the meat..

never put meat out to thaw. only thaw it in a refrigerator. airborne and waterborne, because it was in the sink, bacteria can be growing on it and cooking it won't kill them all.
