I would talk about a situation where you yeilded your better judgement to the judgement of a superior (boss etc.) even when you knew you were right (ie, your boss had a situation with a client where he thought they liked red best, but you knew that blue was their favorite color and you bit your tongue because you wanted to please your boss). Talk about it as a situation where you learned to be more assertive. Never admit REAL weakness in an interview.

1. Don't interrupt the interviewer.
2. Try not to burp during the interview.
3. Try not to be smarter than the interviewer, UNLESS he or she requests your help.
4. Don't wear see-through tops unless it's for a job as a pole-dancer.
Just a bit of advice.

just make sure you outline the situation, the action, and the result and don't mention anything that makes you look stupid. talk about a time you did more or less than what as expected and as a result you've improved your ability to give direction and clarify instructions.
