eating some right now....i usually make several kinds....a packet of dry ranch salad dressing, a dry barbque rub, a cajun salt, and regular salt and pepper....pour each into separate bags with your freshly cooked chips and shake!

But Jay's Kettle-Cooked Original Potato Chips

Do you mean English chips (American French fries) or American chips (English crisps)? Either kind, zillions of calories, high GI, these have to be limited to a rare treat. Try frying them in olive oil for better taste--and health!
