Give this a try. It is broken down by meat or type of food, pretty easy to navigate.

They have a lot of slow cooker crock pot bag meals in the frozen food section at your store, but if you want to do it at home, put in a pot roast, add carrots, potatoes, and cover with water, add a couple of beef bullion cubes and some salt and pepper to taste, it will be done when you get home!

Do you still have the little cook book that came with the crock-pot? My kids loved the ham & scalloped potatoes recipe...
Layer ham slices, sliced potatoes, onion slices, grated cheddar cheese, salt & pepper, and start over until the crock-pot is full. Pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup over the top and turn to low for 6 - 8 hours, or 4 hours on high.
You can also search for recipes on www.foodnetwork.com; emerils.com; yahoofoods.com; kraftfoods.com; mckormiks website.

You can make beef tips and serve with rice or noodles -
1 Pkg Beef Stew Meat
1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Small Can Mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped - or about 1/2 cup or so of frozen onions
Cook on low for 5 - 7 hrs. Serve with rice or noodles.
There's lots of other recipes too! Have you tried www.recipezaar.com or www.allrecipes.com - they're great :)

porkchops....yum yum Brown pork chops in skillet, until lightly browned, add two tablespoons of bbq sauce to slow cooker. Put in a layer of chops spread bbq sauce of top of each chop. Repeat until all are in crock pot. Spread extra sauce to the last porkchop on top cook on high for an hour then turn to low for 3 hours. serve with potatoes or salad whatever, they turn out tender as ever. So while you are home for that hour to cook on high you can do the cleanup, and then turn it to low and let it cook away...it's the best...

Today my husband is doing navy beans with Chapel Hill sausage, chopped onion, can of R0-Tel (mild if you prefer), can of beef broth, 1/2 can of water. You can also add potatoes or carrots. Make rice & biscuites or corn bread muffins, can be made ahead of time. If you prefer use small red beans.
