First I say the Indians
- reason-
Its still far a third world nation with huge sized poverty and yet its far far a head in technology relative to other nations in the list - eg: 70% of the IT outsourcing job of the world is done by the Indians , India has 5 IPO level world standard software companies and china for instance has none. ........so much more to compare , for such a third world nation - its space programs especially satellites and electronics of it are more advance then CHINA as china may be advance in launch system then India. I mean for a nation with such a low budget of earning relative to its achievement tells something about its intellectual populations.
China -
isn't everything is made in China. - If only this nation embraces full democracy hence it can or might be the most powerful one in the world.
Japaneses - they have great working ethics and living attitude of high discipline - In the 80's they were the top the best in modern industrial revolutions - rather then saying the japanese innovate something they actualy take wetern or other creation and apply perfection to it until its excellent product.
eg: Americans invented microwave oven - it was huge as big as a fridge and expensive - but Japanese were the first one to make it small and affordable for homes , same goes for car and other items.
Then you have
Taiwan -
Koreans -
Personal experience It was only in India I can speak fluent English almost to everyone there - just like home, but had tremendous trouble especialy in taiwan and korea.

People do not gain or lose intelligence by their race. It is merely individuals who are smart. If it happens that more talented and educated people happen to live in one country, most likely it means that the country has a good education system. However just because a person knows a lot of things it doesn't necessarily make them smart. It makes them educated.

The Japanese are probably the most detail-minded. The rest work harder than the rest of the world. They're just a very disciplined race. There's no scientific way to put them in any order.

Any person anywhere in the world have the equal ability of being smart. It has to do with how your brain works and your personal willingness to study and learn. Not your ethnic background!

Taiwan is ethnically Chinese, they are only not part of the government.

Did you know racism can be subtle? Why not arrange ethnic groups from "stupidest" to smartest?
It has more to do with culture and educational opportunities than it does with race.

Koreans ( recently found to be cheaters tut tut)
Japanese ( smart but stubborn refuse to accept responsiblity)
