It is something me and my wife are needing for our children, but hesitant of buying a used Durabrand model. What do you all think?

Durabrand is walmart. Cheap brand, and not very durable (contrary to the name) Spend a little more and get a Toshiba or panasonic with aluminum casing. they will last much longer and you won't be out buying another on in two months because you wanted to save a buck. Trust me, you get what you pay for. I hardely think $30-50 more will break your bank, if so, you shouln't be buying one in the first place. Good luck!
