I think its a beautiful name. I think its short and sweet and very feminine. Great name!
Actually, Im trying to convince my husband to name our future daughter that, but we will spell it Meagan. Meghan, with an "h", actually makes it more unique.
I found these other variations:
Meghan, Megen, Megyn, Meggan, Meggin, Meagan and Meaghan.
But I like Meagan and Meghan the best.

Yes. It sounds nice and means 'pearl.' It's been declining in popularity in the US since reaching its zenith in 1980. Honest!
