The Internet is not of Satan and I cant think of a single religion that feels that way. The Internet is a huge way of getting our word out. You might want to find new sources.

Who said the Internet is Satan? Aside from the fact that I don't believe in Satan, there's the fact that communication can lead to better understanding, and so the Internet has the potential to be very useful to spiritually-oriented persons. The trick is to get them to be polite to one another.

The Internet is not Satan, just like television is not Satan, or music is not Satan.
However, Satan has his influences on all segments of our society, including the Church.
God has given us the compass to detect good and evil, we must gravitate towards the good and avoid the evil.
Does that mean that you cannot watch television, listen to music, or use the Internet?
No, it simply means that you should exercise good judgment when using this media.

To my knowledge, though at times may be limited, it was Bill Gates who initiated the internet.
The internet can be a wonderful tool in researching Bible passages, encouraging Faith, finding churches in your area or abroad in traveling, or strengthening one's Faith, or sharing in one's Faith!
I would say it can be good, just as it can be bad. It would have more to do with free will as to what you're using it for. :-)

I think that we forget the inconsistencies of religion and personal perceptions of viewpoint. The internet is not of the devil, or satan, whatever you decide to name pure evil, it simply exists to propergate that which is true to whatever philosophy you choose to follow.
