alot of the major languages in Europe like Italian, German, French. Some Arab or some other middle eastern language would help as well

There are many interpreters in Europe. Your best chance to find a job is to learn an exotic and rare language from a country whose immigration to europe is quite recent

Chinese. So much business is now being done in China, and it just continues to grow- learning it could be a real gateway to big things.
