Hun, go to your mom and tell her your symptoms, also tell her to call the Department of Human Services. If you are low on money you may qualify for medicaid, the cut off lines there are pretty high, then make an appointment at mental health because it takes a psychiatrist to diagnose a problem. Just do it right away. All the symptoms you describe respond very well to medication and its just a matter of trial and error to find the right medication that gets you back to being yourself.

A) CALM DOWN!
B)you're growing right now so you'll be experiencing a ton of changes. Like you might have different pains. I had chest pains and bad headaches(i hope they don't come back) and we went to the doctor and they checked and everything seems OK. You should go to the doctor, too and tell her your symptoms. don't just ASSUME that anything is wrong.
C) a ton of things(like pains) happen because of your mind. it's true. So try to think that everything is fine and see how things turn out. If you don't think about the pain or any of the things that happen to you, they might go away.
D) don't freak out and scare your mom. just tell her what's happening to you and if she says everything's fine just tell her that you would like to go to a doctor and find out, just to calm down and be sure. I'm sure your mom will understand that you wanna go to the doctor. It's fine.
GOOD LUCK!

By the way if you are having blackouts you need to see Doctor about this because certain illnesses other than mental health issues can cause symptoms such as these.

Tell you school guidance counsler, and at least tell your mom...even if she doesn't usually notice stuff with you...she should be concerned with the blackouts.

you can go to a "shrink" at the hospital that don't cost money. Make an appointment with your regualr doctor, and they can refer you...you should see someone, even if you dont have it - you could just be depressed.
