Every day for the past five weekdays, someone's radio alarm has been going off at 4 or 5 in the morning at full blast (to hip hop music, no less). I've called the police twice, and both times the music stopped after a few minutes. But the last couple times (didn't call the police) it continued for twenty minutes to a half hour. I don't know which apartment it is, or even if it's in our complex or the one next to ours.

The lack of sleep is starting to affect me. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Forgot to say that this has been going on throughout the summer.

If it really is that much of a problem then you need to contact your landlord, not the police. This is not a police matter, this is your landlord's issue. Maybe you need to consider moving to a different unit in another complex.

Depending on what state you live in... its happening on private property owned by the apt complex. Request a police with a sound meter and be sure to save all your case numbers or start getting case numbers from the reports you have been making. There are noise ordinances and if its loud enough, the person can get a ticket and or evicted. You also want to let the apt office know. But then again if this person finds out your calling the cops on em.. be careful no harm comes to you.
