The justice ritual requires high cost stuff to do the spell propperly and you don't have to buy anything to do a forgiveness ritual. The justice ritual trequires you to have no negativeity yet you are casting a negative spell. You are breaking the rede in that right there you are sending negativity out to repay the harm sent out against you.
If you use the forgiveness ritual you are sending out positive energy and you don't have a lot of expenses in volved. the law of threes then sends back to you good things. rather than the negative things that the Justice ritual does.

So Witch Teacher, which should you chose to do The forgiveness ritual or the Justice ritual? The other guy still faces the consequnces of their actions.

I Admit I don't know a lot about Wicca, I'm just learning But I have had good results from my personal experience. The bullies did get the consequences of their actions. I on the other hand was free to concentrate on other things.

What is really better for your own emotions? To forgive or to carry the negativity of others? As you proceed to take steps that will change the situation?

If I was a Wiccan in school I hope that I would be a *Wiccan* Wiccan, like I am now, not some fluffy bunny wannabe who doesn't know squat about Wicca.
As a Wiccan who knows about Wicca, even the teenage me would've understood that "the right cure for the right ill" means that a spell is not an appropriate reaction to bullying.
I would record the bullying, take it to the adminstration, and if they failed to react, SUE the SCHOOL.
Right cure for the right ill- another day one, lesson one lesson Wiccans should all know.
And furthermore- Another day one lesson one lesson is the meaning of the Rede. You cannot "break" a rule that tells you to DO something (those things which harm none...the rede says DO them, freely) not to not do something.
Edit: I would not chose to do either of the rituals, I'm a Wiccan, not some dog you get to order around. The universe, not I, is in charge of the Universe. I am not the hand of Return.

The solution is relatively simple. Bring the situation to the attention of a school administrator. You have a legal right to attend school without having to face harassment because of your religion.
Neither one of the rituals goes against the rede but I really don't see why the situation calls for a spell in the first place. No one carries around another person's negativity, you make the conscious choice to forgive someone, not just do a ritual and expect it to happen.
As far a justice is concerned, I can't, for the life of me, understand why you would give it such a negative connotation. I also don't understand why you wouldn't feel entitled to it, given the situation.

This is too hypothetical to answer. You offer only two options...which is certainly not your only options. You're thinking of methods when you really should be thinking of desired outcomes. Presumably you wnat the kids to stop picking on you. I don't see how justice or forgiveness will lead to that. Also, if you're viewing justice as a negative spell, I think what you're really thinking about is vengeance (which is my impression from other things you're saying as well), and I'm never going to encourage someone to seek vengeance. It's selfish and wasteful.
As mentioned above, you should really be looking for mundane solutions here, not magical ones.

1. If you are in School, I'm guess you mean High School, then I really doubt you are a Wiccan in the classic sense, a Traditional Wiccan is at least 18, thus my suggestion would be for you not to be doing magic until you are really mature enough to handle the ramifications of your actions.
If you are being harassed by anyone at school about your religious path, document and report them. It is illegal to harass someone because of their religion.
Real Wiccans don't use magic when there is a mundane solution.

You don't know what your dealing with. Wicca is just another name for witchcraft. It attempts to use magic to control nature & or human behaviour. The only power that can effect this is demonic - and this will surely rebound on you.

Do you have any idea how absolutely ridiculous and childish you sound? Do you really think you have that much power and if so, why do you feel you need it? Are you basically just insecure?
