There is one thing that all of the patriarch in the Holy Scriptures had in common, the all kept the Laws of Yahweh.

Name one that didn't.

In fact the scriptural definition of a saint is one who keeps the whole law.

A saint is someone who is holy, and the only way to be holy is through the law.

Lev 11:44 I am Yahweh your Father, you shall therefore sanctify (become a saint) yourselves, and you shall be holy, for I am holy (how?). Neither shall you defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.(that's simple enough isn't it?)

45 For I am Yahweh that brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your Father, you shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

Satan's, preachers may lie and tell you now all you have to do is believe to be holy, well that would make the demons holy too because they believe and fear and tremble!

Or that no man can keep the laws it's too hard. What was so hard about that verse to do and keep?

Don't believe the lie, you surely will not die!

Be holy, keep the laws.

If you have the forgiveness from the Father through the Blood of Jesus Christ, and you have repented of your sins , and you believe and walk according to the commandments as He did then You will be a Saint. It is written.

A saint is a born again Christian. Once you believe and repent you are a saint according to the Bible. I think that you are referring to what the Catholic church does when they feel that someone has devoted their life to God. The Catholic church, which is totally unscriptural, makes people who they feel are worthy into saints.
