i gave you a 6,
the photo had the cat slightly over exposed, which caused a bit of a loss of coloring of the rich coat on that feline.

also, the subject was well posed, and the reflection was brought out well and not damaged by the flash.

try tilting the flash up some or using a polorizing filter, otherwise nice shot

This picture has some meanings to it. A cat is docile, cunning and agile. And what's more, it has nine lives. Now when the cat watches itself in the screen, it may mean that it likes to be the centre of attention. Another is that it is constantly watching the growth of living and making careful adjustments to suit the situation or environment. When the cat peers out in darkness, it means a rising star from the oblivion. Nice picture, miow, miow .... actually I prefer dogs to cats.

It's pretty good for just a snapshooter I guess...

By the way, overexposure means its too bright. If you have a manual mode or something on your camera you can change the settings

Read a book about this stuff. It helps a lot plus it's pretty interesting.

I gave you a 4.

Other than the reflection...I didn't really find much else interesting in the image. There are bad flash shadows and the cat is overexposed.

hi Kitty. i gave you an eight. if it was just the little guys reflection, id have gone for a 10. its just not my style, but i do think its cute, and i know a lot of people would love it. i geuss, for me, its kind of a 'message' picture, rather than a pure simple image. again, just my personal opinion. good luck, deva / i dont think it would be fair to you or myself, if i didnt rate it according to what i really think.
