I am taking two vaccines tomorrow and I'm really nervous about them. I wanted to know how much they hurt. I'm taking the Chicken Pox vaccine and One that's "tetnus, dephtheria, pertussis [TAPP]" in one vaccine. Where do they inject it, how much does it hurt, and how long does it hurt. Thanks in advance.

Won't hurt much and they administer into the arm. Consider the pain you could suffer if you contracted any of these diseases. Tetanus, pox or diphtheria are incredibly horrible diseases be thankful there is a vaccine to take.

To minimize the pain, afterwards, have the injection in your buttocks. If you have the injection in the arm you will hurt a lot more. the actual injection will only hurt for a few seconds. Afterwards apply an ice pack to the injections site for fifteen minutes, several times a day and you won't suffer any discomfort.
