You can't fix this over the internet sorry.
If your dog can't even keep water down, she needs a vet!
Dehydration can and is a killer.
Most vets will happily come to an arrangement over money.
Your obligation is to your dog who RIGHT NOW needs a vet.
Good luck

First I would ask you a few questions.
1) has she had her distemper/parvo shots (a series of at least 3)? (If not, I'd worry about parvovirus, a very bad virus, especially if diarrhea is with the vomiting)
If the answer is no GO SEE A VET
2) If she hasn't eaten anything ANYTHING in 4 days she is in desperate need of IV fluids. (sorry, can't do that at home) If you're not sure pinch a bit of skin on the back of her neck and pull it away from the neck a little bit- theres a lot of loose skin there. If it snaps back into place afterward pretty quickly, you're not that bad off, but if it stays put or goes really slowly, she's dehydrated. Dehydration can kill.
The slower the response, the worse off she is. If it takes more than a second or two to go back to a normal position GO SEE A VET
3) She's still young. Does she chew up things still? Any missing socks? Chewed up plastic or other non-edible items? Swallow a piece of rawhide bone? A ball? You'd be surprised the things you can find in a dog's stomach if they're blocked. Hopefully that's not it, or you'll need surgery.
If you're not sure, or if you KNOW she chewed up something recently, GO SEE A VET
4) Has she eaten any table food or pigs ears before this happened? Fatty foods can cause inflammation in the pancreas, particularly in schnauzers. Any chocolate? That causes stomach upset too.
If the answer is yes GO SEE A VET
Assuming she's kept something down over the past few days and the skin pinch test isn't worrisome, she never chews stuff, and did not eat anything from the table...After an upset stomach, everybody, people too, get ...like an overreactive stomach. If you put something in, you have to be cautious about it. I usually tell people to fast for 12 hours, so the stomach is empty, and if there's no vomiting offer SMALL amounts of water. If you did that, She may be drinking too much water. If she's downing a bowl and then throwing it up right after, try giving her just a few ice cubes to lick instead. If that makes her sick, now I'm really worried about something stuck.
Lets be positive and say that she kept down a little bit yesterday, she hasn't chewed up anything and shes up to date on parvo shots. The skin test isn't fast, but it isn't taking more than a few seconds either. So we're a little dehydrated. You try a fast, offer ice cubes, and no vomiting. Good! A couple of hours later try offering a little pedialyte. A tablespoon at a time. That will hydrate her faster than water, so you don't need as much. Gatorade might work too.
Lets be really positive and say in a day you're getting her to feel a little better, shes more alert and drinking and keeping the water or pedialyte or whatever down. Before you go back to regular dog food, feed a bland diet first for a few days. If the vomiting starts again while on bland diet ... you guessed it GO SEE A VET
Bland diet:
plain white rice
boiled ground meat (not fried)
mix 50/50 and feed in small (tablespoon or two at a time) frequent meals.
or if you want, your veterinarian can sell you a prescription diet that is basically the same thing without the work. (of course they'll want to see her first)
Good luck. I hope it's nothing serious. Usually vomiting isn't but with a chronic problem, you have to be cautious. If you do end up going to a vet, don't be surprised if they want to run blood work, x-rays, and fluid therapy at a minimum. Depending on what they find they may add on additional medications or (hopefully not) surgery. Pancreatitis can mean a hospital stay of several days with blood work to see if the pancreas is getting better.

My dog used to be like that too and I was in the same situation. My dog would throw up water that she drank and have diarrhea. My mom gave her some cold medicine every 6 hours and she was better in one day. I think half a teaspoon mixed with water/milk will be good. BTW, to all the people who may disagree with this, I would just like to say that I'm not trying to say that she shouldn't go to the vet. I'm just saying that I understand the situation and want to help in any way I can.

Sometimes you can find a low cost vet in your area. If your dog is vomiting and not holding down even water that's a bad sign. You should take her to be seen by a vet.

put it this way, if you leave it any longer, you wont need a vet...... this can be fatal, vomiting food is one thing, vomiting up water is another, she cannoot go on vomiting without becoming dehydrated, this can in turn lead to her dying, she needs a vet ASAP, and she needs to be put on an IV of fluids, you brought her to a vet to have her vaccinated, so take her back and explain the situation, and get pet insurance, this will help with the money situation.
HOPE SHE MAKES IT.

Yeah, you need to get her to a vet. They can give her a shot to stop the vomiting...then give her meds if she needs it. If she's dehydrated you will have to go through so much. IV's if necessary...then when you take her home...feeding her through syringes. Mine got dehydrated once, I had to feed her one syringe full of chicken broth one hour, pedialyte the next hour and so on and so forth..it took 2 days for her to get her strength up..Also combined with the medicine every 2 hours. So get her there asap. They vet will come to terms with money.

You have to take her to a vet - now, she's probably badly dehydrated already.
No one can diagnose over the web, please call your vet - if you don't have a credit card to put the charges on, ask if you can work out a plan to pay in installments.
Don't wait - your dog can die, this has been going on far too long.

Take her to a vet. It could be Parvo Virus, if left unattended, it can and will kill a dog. That is a very serious disease for all dogs.
