after youve seen eachover a couple times and the guy kisses her on the cheek or takes her hand and massages it? when is the connection, the mark to let the other person know you have feelings for them. what ignites that connection? do you express it through words or non sexual intimacy?

to me that sounds like dating. I think a relationship starts when you decide to stop dating other people.

It begins when you admit you want and need someone. When you consciously admit you are tired of your own company all the time...
When it is healthy and right there is a magical chemistry and all these questions and answers vanish and there is a lot of eye contact, hugging, laughter and tears. There is the joy of the discovery, and when you get to the sexual intimacy part there is wild abandon, which not only feels terrific because it means you have finally stopped hiding, but because you are not all by your little lonesome for a few minutes, and that there may well be a promise that all this will last.
It is the end of explaining yourself. It is the end of the need to explain yourself. It is not having to explain anything because the other person already knows, and furthermore, it can't be explained in language, anyway... you have to look into the other person's eyes and feel her heart... and not get all tangled up in the words. Or worry about which words to speak.
The worst mistake we can make is to expect something to last forever. I think that is why it is so cool when it does.

A RELATIONSHIP ISNT A TIMED PROGRAMMED EVENT.ITS A GRADUAL PROCESS WHERE TWO PEOPLE BECOME ACQUAINTED THRU MUTUAL TRUST AND ADMIRATION FOR ONE ANOTHER. THE LOVE, SEX ETC. WILL BE THERE EVENTUALLY BUT DONT RUSH THE PROCESSES BECAUSE EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HOLD HANDS THEN KISS THEN WHATEVER. REMEMBER ONE THING LEADS TO ANOTHER GRADUALLY , MAYBE A MONTH OR TWO MONTHS ETC. ALWAYS LOOK AT HER WHEN SPEAKING AND SPEAK SO SHE CAN HEAR YOU AND HOLD HER HAND AND LEAN TOWARD HER SLIGHTLY WHEN TALKING AND SHOW HER YOUR WORTHINESS. REMEMBER SOME GALS HATE SMOKING SO IF YOU SMOKE AND YOU LOVE HER THEN ( NO MORE SMOKING ) SHE MAY HATE DRINKING ( THEN NO MORE DRINKING) THAT IS IF YOU LOVE HER. AND LIKEWISE SHE WILL MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TOO. STAY HAPPY AND MAKE HER FEEL VERY IMPORTANT ( WHICH SHE IS ) ( WHICH YOU ARE)

it begins in the mind that's why it can work online without any contact. You can do as much physical stuff as you like but it does not make a relationship. Good luck.
