I live in Houston Tx, and the majority of my property taxes are due to non-insured medical expenses at local hospitals and educational needs for non-citizen students. These medical expenses are a result of non-emergency related visits to local hospitals. The schools here do not teach the immigrant children English so they require separate school programs. Not that I have to mention it but a lot of these "kids" are outfitted with free school supplies, breakfast and lunch. With all of these facts, should I not be permitted to claim these illegals? My family has a yearly loss of thousands of dollars. So my thoughts on this issue are simple, " If my family has to do without for the well-being of illegals, should I not be reimbursed?" I don't have insurance and I buy my own food so whats the deal? At the risk of sounding racist I ask this question. If you dont understand my problem and you live in an illegal rich community, I suggest you take a closer look at your property taxes.

you should be able to claim every single one of them, or i believe compensation should be in order, for everyone here paying for others ignorance, negligence, and crimes.

How excellent is your question. Be prepared to be drawn and quartered by the socialist liberal elite. I'm up here in New York. Us working class is being torn apart by the highest property taxes, highest utility rates and an extremely high amount of liberal senators and congressmen both on the federal and state level. If you want more of the same, vote HiLiary, so we could all live in misery together, the blue and the red staters

Sway27, hot and smart

Even though Sway-27 is hot (no kidding), her answers lack meat. I am not sure of the exact answer, but there are many you can talk to about this situation. I don't know if you can claim any of the students, but all of the out of pocket expenses should be claimed. Talk to a lawyer (there are some online free forums). If this does not work, then by all mean, take Sway-27s advice and blame democrats.

I agree, I also don't think that I should have to pay taxes for other peoples children to go to public school, while I paid for mine to go to private!
Yes, we should be entitled to claim some of these illegal kids on our taxes, thanks for such a great idea!

Instead of a revolution maybe we all should just not pay any taxes. We know they don't have enough jail cells.
