I know what you're saying, I cant eat anything on a sober stomach either. But the pebbles thrown at homeless is a new Marla Singer Durden twist. You have to aim at their bottles though, that really pisses em off.

Heard of this saying before....breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper...

So how does a prince eat. I'd say he proabably has a balanced serving of carbs, protein and fats. He would be eating lots of vegetables, lean meats and fruits. Your lunch if packed from home should consist more of vegetable and leam meat. Use brown rice or is you packing a sandwich use wholewheat bread or mix one slice of white and one slice whole wheat.

But U sound more of a fast food person to me judging by your "healthy" routine. Even so, you can make wise choices. Go for grilled items. Add more tomatoes and lettuce. Hold the mayo..add mustard instead. eat only half the fried or skip it altogether. Grab some fruits instead. Hope this helps.

Lets go to Burger King, I know the assistant manager there. We can likely get a discount on our lunch and if we can get him good and confused, maybe get too much change back!

well lunch is probly a good time to EAT!! even if its small cause depriving ur body of food is so unhealthy
