I am trying to make this machine that I designed during the summer but am having trouble finding tiny wheels for it. the wheels would have to be 3/4in-2in in diameter and would prefer to have them made out of some sort of composite kind of like rollerblade wheels. I really like WM Berg for their gears and everything, but they don't have any wheels. If anyone knows of a company, preferably with a website, that sells a wide variety of tiny wheels please let me know.

I haven't checked them for little wheels, but Small Parts (http://www.smallparts.com/ ) and McMaster Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/ ) are good sources for a lot of odd hardware.
